Job summary
Accenture is hiring in the Utilities Practice to design, implement, and optimize real-time operational systems for electric, gas, and water utilities. You will work on SCADA, EMS, ADMS, DERMS, and related technologies, leading workstreams and delivering results for client engagements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 4+ years of experience in utility operations and real-time systems.
- Experience with real-time systems such as SCADA, EMS, ADMS, DERMS, OMS, GIS.
- Ability to translate requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Willingness to travel to support client engagements.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize real-time operational systems for utilities.
- Lead workstreams and project activities based on experience.
- Gather requirements and translate them into functional/technical designs.
- Collaborate with utility clients, system integrators, and vendors.
- Develop client deliverables, roadmaps, and executive presentations.
- Support business development and thought leadership initiatives.
