Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead complex information security engagements for the Chemicals & Natural Resources sector. You will coordinate project delivery, serve as a key client contact, manage plans, budgets and risks, and shape practical, secure solutions that align with regulatory obligations, safety requirements and operational realities across IT and OT environments.

You will work with domain experts and third parties to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Six years minimum designing and managing cybersecurity solutions across IT/OT environments.
• Three years leading project teams, managing scope, risks and budgets.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity for chemical/oil & gas/mining/agro industries.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex information security engagements and workstreams.
• Coordinate delivery, manage plans, risks, budgets and client communications.
• Guide IT/OT convergence and secure modernization across plants and operations.
• Develop strategic cybersecurity recommendations for CNR clients.
• Mentor teams, prepare executive-ready communications, and report progress.
