Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead complex information security engagements within the Chemicals & Natural Resources sector. You will coordinate delivery, supervise teams, and serve as the main liaison among client stakeholders, Accenture experts, and third-party squads.

You will guide security programs spanning IT, OT/ICS, cloud, and process control networks, ensuring regulatory alignment and robust risk management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing, developing, implementing, or managing cybersecurity solutions across IT/OT environments.
• 3+ years leading project teams or workstreams with planning, delivery, risk and quality management.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity solutions for chemical, oil & gas, mining, or agricultural enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cybersecurity assessments, strategy workstreams, and implementation activities across IT/OT environments.
• Lead cybersecurity transformation workstreams focusing on IT/OT convergence, network segmentation, and threat detection modernization.
• Support secure AI adoption and governance within CNR projects.
