Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager within its Chemicals & Natural Resources team to lead complex information security engagements across IT and OT environments. You will guide risk management, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity strategy for industrial clients in the chemicals, oil & gas, mining, and agricultural sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience across cybersecurity domains.
• Minimum 3 years leading project teams or workstreams.
• Minimum 3 years delivering cybersecurity solutions for chemical manufacturers, oil & gas operators, mining companies, or agricultural enterprises.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cybersecurity assessments, strategy workstreams, and implementation activities across IT, OT, cloud, and industrial environments.
• Support senior leaders in advising clients on integrating cybersecurity risk management into operational resilience and modernization.
• Lead IT/OT convergence, network segmentation, threat monitoring, and identity/access management for critical industrial infrastructure.
• Facilitate threat modeling, incident response, and recovery-readiness for ransomware, nation-state, supply chain, and remote access risks.
• Develop scalable cybersecurity solutions with partners to enable OT modernization and digital supply chain services without compromising safety and continuity.
• Contribute to client engagements, proposals, and internal offerings for CNR cybersecurity.
• Travel may be required; travel amount varies 0–100% depending on client needs.
