Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager in the Utilities sector. The role leads complex information security engagements, coordinating delivery with client security, business, and IT stakeholders, Accenture experts, and third parties.

You will guide risk management, strategy, and operational resilience across utility environments. You will supervise project teams, manage budgets and timelines, and develop scalable cybersecurity solutions to modernize grid operations while ensuring safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience designing, developing, implementing, and managing cybersecurity solutions across multiple domains.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a Security Account Lead role.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity solutions for electric, gas, or water utilities (enterprise IT and OT).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead cybersecurity assessments, strategy workstreams, and implementation activities across IT/OT, cloud, and substations.
• Manage cybersecurity transformation workstreams focusing on IT/OT convergence, network security, and identity management for critical infrastructure.
