Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager for its Utilities-focused team in the United States. You will lead complex information security engagements across IT and OT, manage risks, budgets, and deliverables, coordinating with client stakeholders and Accenture experts.

You will guide strategy, ensure regulatory compliance (NERC CIP, NIST, TSA directives), develop secure grid modernization solutions, and supervise project teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years designing, developing, implementing, and managing cybersecurity solutions.
• Minimum 3 years leading a team and delivering security work.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity solutions for electric, gas, or water utilities.
• Experience with Utility Industry cybersecurity frameworks (NERC CIP, NIST, TSA directives, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage cybersecurity assessments, strategy workstreams, and implementations across IT/OT environments.
• Support senior leaders in integrating cybersecurity risk management into resilience and energy transition initiatives.
• Oversee IT/OT convergence, threat modeling, and incident response planning for critical infrastructure.
• Develop scalable cybersecurity solutions to enable grid modernization and secure cloud adoption.
