Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager for the Chemicals & Natural Resources sector. You will lead engagements across IT and OT, develop strategies, and guide clients through complex regulatory requirements while coordinating with Accenture domain experts.

The role focuses on securing OT modernization, supply chain security, and industrial process safety, with travel as needed for client work.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of experience designing, developing, implementing, or managing cybersecurity solutions across IT/OT environments.
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading project teams or workstreams, including planning, delivery management, risk and issue management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

Collaborate with client stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Manage cybersecurity assessments, strategy workstreams, and implementation activities across IT, OT/ICS, cloud, and industrial environments.
Lead project teams, manage plans, risks, budgets, and deliverables; present findings to clients and stakeholders.
Develop clear recommendations and status reports; support senior leaders in shaping cybersecurity strategies for operational resilience.
