Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to oversee complex information security engagements for the Chemicals & Natural Resources sector. You will coordinate delivery, manage client security stakeholders, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements across IT, OT, cloud, and industrial environments.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, shape strategic security programs, and drive outcomes through strong governance, risk management, and technical leadership. Travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 6 years of experience designing, developing, implementing, or managing cybersecurity solutions across strategy, security operations, risk management, digital identity, network security, vulnerability management, data protection, cloud security, and OT security.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading project teams or workstreams, including planning, delivery management, risk and issue management, and quality review.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering cybersecurity solutions for chemical manufacturers, oil & gas operators, mining companies, or agricultural enterprises across enterprise IT or operational technology environments.
• If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience and a bachelor-level background is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cybersecurity assessments, strategy workstreams, and implementation activities across IT, OT/ICS, cloud, and process control networks, while supporting IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-82 and related regulations.
• Lead project teams, manage plans, risks, budgets, and deliverables to achieve client outcomes.
• Provide cybersecurity subject matter expertise and act as a primary client contact for security, business, and IT stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver practical, scalable cybersecurity solutions for CNR operations, including IT/OT convergence, risk management, and governance.
