Per Scholas is seeking a dynamic Cybersecurity - Instructional Associate to join our Technical Instruction Training Team as a support instructor. You will train learners to become entry-level technicians, assisting the Lead Instructor and providing support in lab and classroom settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous upskilling across IT domains, with a strong focus on preparing learners for CompTIA exams and SOC Analyst opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead instructor during technical training sessions.
• Support learners during training and office hours.
• Troubleshoot lab equipment, software, and network issues.
• Grade labs, assessments & assignments.
• Monitor learner progress in CanvasLMS and take attendance.
• Upskill to support other classes and certifications.
