Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a Cybersecurity Instructional Associate to join our Technical Instruction Training Team and support entry-level learners preparing for CompTIA certifications and SOC Analyst roles. You will assist the Lead Instructor, monitor a class of 30-36 students, and help troubleshoot lab issues in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities include grading labs, managing attendance in CanvasLMS, and providing one-on-one coaching as needed to keep learners progressing

Qualifications

• Familiarity with IT fundamentals and cyber concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and upskill as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Instructor in conducting technical training sessions.
• Support learners before, during, and after classes.
• Troubleshoot lab equipment, software, and network issues.
• Maintain class records and attendance using the LMS and other tools.
• Provide tutoring and office hours to help students stay on track.
