Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking an IT Support instructor to join our Training Team. You will deliver instructor-led training to prepare students for entry to mid-level IT careers, using Zoom or in-person instruction and updating the LMS with progress and outcomes.

The role requires 1–3 years of teaching, a strong IT background, and excellent communication. We offer a remote-friendly, mission-driven work environment with comprehensive benefits and a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of teaching or training experience.
• Strong technical background; able to convey highly technical material.
• Respond clearly to live digital conversations (Zoom) or in-person.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fundamentals of IT support, hardware, software, networking.

Responsibilities

• Support instructor-led training for entry to mid IT Support roles.
• Provide access to resources for outside learning on relevant technologies.
• Identify student needs and establish individualized achievement plans.
• Maintain Salesforce or LMS with grades, scores, and notes.
• Support curricula, syllabi, lesson plans, and classroom materials.
