Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking an IT Support instructor to join our Training Team and deliver a structured curriculum for entry to mid-level IT careers. You will conduct instructor-led training, assess student progress, and ensure high-quality engagement using Zoom or in-person teaching as required.

You should bring 1–3 years teaching or training, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to communicate clearly in a live digital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+).

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT Support curriculum and instruction from approved materials.
• Maintain and update LMS with student progress and grades.
• Support and update training curricula, syllabi, lesson plans, and materials.
• Assess student progress and provide one-on-one tutoring as needed.
