Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Business Development Director for Cybersecurity to drive market penetration and grow our cybersecurity services. You will collaborate with Practice Leaders, industry leaders, and client service professionals to build growth plans aligned with Firm strategy.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with CISOs, CIOs, and other executives, pursuit strategy, and quarterly performance reviews, all supported by national marketing and CRM programs.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years in business development, sales, account management, or market development.
• Three or more years supporting or selling cybersecurity services.
• Experience developing and executing strategic go-to-market plans.
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders in technology, risk, or security.

Responsibilities

• Develops cybersecurity business development plans with leadership and industry leaders.
• Identifies target markets, target accounts, and buyer profiles for cybersecurity services.
• Leads lead generation campaigns and coordinates pursuit strategy.
• Maintains CRM pipeline and reports on activity and results.
