Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Client Relationship & Sales Support Specialist to support revenue pipelines, lead sales cycles from Stage 0 to close, and nurture client relationships post-close. You will coordinate onboarding, QBRs, account health, renewals, and reporting, interfacing with client, sales, and delivery teams to ensure CRM hygiene.

Travel may be required; you will partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and deepen cybersecurity expertise across industries.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in sales and strong communications skills with executive presence.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in the cybersecurity field.
• Must be highly organized with at least 3 years of strong project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships and drive cybersecurity incident response partnerships.
• Design and refine the end-to-end sales cycle and post-close engagement model.
• Collaborate with internal sales, delivery, and technical teams and client stakeholders to create standout experiences.
• Grow relationships with key decision makers and executive sponsors; support proposals and pipeline development.
