Job summary

Accenture seeks a Client Relationship & Sales Support Specialist to drive the revenue pipeline, lead sales cycles from Stage 0 through close, and build ongoing client relationships after the close. You will liaise between client, sales and delivery teams, manage pipeline cadence, and support onboarding, QBRs, renewals, and reporting to improve client outcomes.

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in sales and strong communications skills.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in the Cybersecurity field.
• Must be highly organized with at least 3 years of strong project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships to transform cybersecurity response partnerships.
• Design and refine the sales cycle and post-close engagement model from Stage 0 to renewal.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to create standout experiences.
• Develop relationships across client teams and executive sponsors.
• Support proposals, pursuits, and pipeline development across the team.
• Continue growing knowledge of cybersecurity landscape and best practices.
