Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking a Client Relationship & Sales Support Specialist to drive the revenue pipeline and manage opportunities from Stage 0 to close. You will liaise between client, sales, and delivery teams to ensure CRM hygiene and a seamless engagement from onboarding to renewal.

The role requires at least 3 years in sales and cybersecurity, strong organizational skills, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Travel may be required as part of client engagements.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of sales experience and strong communications and executive presence.
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in the Cybersecurity field.
• Must be highly organized with at least 3 years of strong project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years if Associate’s Degree)

Responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships that transform how clients experience cybersecurity response partnership and long-term risk management.
• Design, set up, and refine the sales cycle process and post-close engagement model, ensuring Stage 0 through renewal runs seamlessly.
• Work with internal teams and client stakeholders to create standout client experiences.
• Develop relationships across internal client teams and clients and earn the trust of key decision makers, technical leads, and executive sponsors.
• Pitch in on broader sales efforts - supporting proposals, pursuits, and pipeline development.
• Continue to grow knowledge of cybersecurity landscape, client industry dynamics, and consultative sales best practices.
