Job summary

Avertium, LLC is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to ensure successful service delivery for MSSP clients. The role collaborates with SOC analysts and engineers to keep projects on track, provide activity reports, and drive customer satisfaction while promoting security services in a remote US setting.

The SDM will coordinate with customers across multiple enterprise IT environments, manage status updates, and lead proactive discussions on service deliverables, leveraging strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, management or related field or 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience in MSSP environments and customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate with SOC Analysts, Engineers and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Maintain activity reports for MSSP customers and schedule proactive meetings.
• Keep technical projects on track and provide status updates to MSSP leadership.
• Track customer satisfaction issues and promote services to ensure happiness.
• Collaborate with SOC analysts, SOC engineers and sales staff to deliver outcomes.
