Job summary

ProActivate is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new business in Ohio with national expansion potential. This hunter role will lead consultative discovery conversations, engage executive-level decision-makers, and develop tailored cybersecurity solutions.

You will build a strong pipeline, manage opportunities, and contribute to recurring revenue with an uncapped commission structure. Projected Year One On-Target Earnings range from $150K to $180K+, with a $60K-$80K+ variable

Qualifications

Proven ability to build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Experience engaging C-suite and senior decision-makers.
Strong consultative selling approach to uncover needs and craft tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a strong new-business pipeline through proactive prospecting and outbound development.
Identify, engage, and develop relationships with executive-level decision-makers.
Conduct consultative discovery calls to uncover customer challenges, needs, and objectives.
Generate and qualify new business opportunities across commercial and municipal markets.
Identify and target organizations that align with the ideal customer profile.
Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to craft customized, solution-based recommendations and advance opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline activity and sales documentation.
