Job summary

IOActive is seeking a Sales Manager/Director to lead US revenue generation and expand client relationships. You will drive bookings, pipelines, and revenue targets while shaping territory, account, and vertical strategies in a fast-growing cybersecurity services firm.

You will partner with marketing, delivery and executive leadership to accelerate growth, build strategic plans, and engage CISOs and executives. Remote or office-based with travel opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience.
• 5+ years leading sales teams in cybersecurity professional services, offensive security consulting, etc.
• Proven track record managing teams responsible for $20M+ annual revenue.
• Experience selling: Penetration Testing, Red Team Services, Product Security, AI Security Assessments, Cloud Security, OT/ICS Security, Security Consulting.

Responsibilities

• Revenue Management: Own U.S. bookings, pipeline, and revenue targets; maintain forecast accuracy.
• Team Leadership: Onboard, train and coach new hires; foster accountability and collaboration.
• Strategic Account Growth: Engage strategic enterprise opportunities; build executive relationships.
• Market Development: Identify trends; collaborate on campaigns and demand generation.
• Forecasting & Operations: Maintain Salesforce hygiene; provide regular business reviews.
