Job summary

BeyondTrust is a cybersecurity SaaS leader seeking a driven Business Development Representative to support outbound sales. You will generate new pipeline through prospecting, nurture early-stage opportunities, and engage with a mix of existing BT customers and net-new logos in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborate with Account Executives to identify opportunities, research lines of business, and reach key decision makers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in business development, sales or related field.
• Ability to think creatively and deliver quality work fast.
• Experience researching accounts and prospecting at scale.
• Proven track record of meeting sales metrics and quotas.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new pipeline through outbound prospecting.
• Nurture early-stage opportunities and educate prospects.
• Perform outbound calls to BT customers and new logos.
• Partner with Account Executives to source net-new pipeline.
• Identify decision makers and create strong first impressions.
• Maintain engagement with customers via proactive follow-up.
• Hit monthly quotas of sourced qualified opportunities.
• Enter prospect data into Salesforce and track progress.
• Learn product offerings through ongoing training.
• Support marketing campaigns to boost revenue.
