Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Cyber focused Strategic Projects Lead to drive high-impact cyber projects across operations, engineering, and client engagements in the Public Sector space.

You’ll build labeling pipelines, design taxonomies, manage COGS, and partner with ML experts to ensure scalable, economically sound data products for national security applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, validate data quality with cyber SMEs, and shape human data strategies for

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance
• Experience in cybersecurity domains such as penetration testing, red/blue teaming, vulnerability assessment, network security, or cyber operations
• 2-3 years of experience in product development, data science, or operations
• History of successful project management and comfort in ambiguity
• Ability to analyze complex operational data, build queries, and identify trends
• Technical aptitude to produce data for post-training techniques (SFT, RLHF, RLVR)

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and maintain operations infrastructure for data labeling pipelines
• Partner with customers to design dataset taxonomies evaluating agents and models
• Own day-to-day progress on high-priority data production pipelines
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate cyber domain knowledge into scalable processes
• Work with ML and GTM teams to scope customer engagements for scalability
• Influence cross-org data strategy and ensure data quality and scalability
• Manage program COGS through workforce planning, tooling, and optimization
• Use analytics and visualization to track progress and optimize pipelines
• Own larger components of data delivery and lead impactful customer pipelines
