Qualifications

• Active Top Secret security clearance with polygraph.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, with government collaboration.
• Willingness to be onsite in Columbia, MD 4 days a week and travel ~25%.
• Technical degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
• Strong cross-functional influence and EQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project team to meet AI/ML objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end creation of datasets to evaluate model performance in cyber domains.
• Oversee deployment of Scale software within customer environments.
• Manage customer relationships from executive to end user.
• Oversee onboarding and successful implementation of customer accounts.
• Collaborate with customers to understand operational issues and advocate for fixes with Scale engineers.
• Work directly with customer engineering teams to address questions about products.
