Serco Inc. in the United States seeks a Cyber Systems Engineer for the CAF DMO 3.0 program.

You will join a focused team to perform test, integration, and evaluation of M&S systems and applications to support 5th/6th gen training interoperability and DoD partnerships with Langley AFB and Orlando, FL. The role requires maintaining/obtaining a DoD Secret clearance and eligibility for TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, a STEM degree with 5+ years experience, and travel up to 10%.

Formación

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Or an Associate’s degree with 7 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience with DoD customers and training/operational systems.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II or higher within six months.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Support simulation system integration and testing for DMON/JSE.
• Use Wireshark and CGF tools for test and evaluation.
• Analyze network performance including latency, bandwidth, and occupancy.
• Develop and maintain test plans and procedures.
• Draft test reports documenting results of integration and test activities.
• Assist in CONOPS and COA development for deployment of capabilities.
• Contribute to engineering lifecycle activities and trainings.
• Create scripts to automate test artifacts and tasks.
• Collaborate using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, X-Ray).
• Participate in peer reviews and debugging.
