Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Cyber Systems Engineer for the CAF DMO 3.0 program, based in Hampton, VA.

You will join a focused team performing test, integration, and evaluation of simulation systems to support 5th/6th generation training interoperability and DoD customer collaboration with Langley AFB and Orlando teams. The role requires active DoD Secret clearance eligibility for TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, a STEM degree with relevant experience, and the ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance or eligibility for TS/SCI & SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 5 years of test/integration/ SW development or embedded systems engineering experience.
• Or an Associate’s degree with 7 years of suitable engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Support simulation system and application integration, evaluation, and interoperability testing for DMON and JSE training operations.
• Use industry-standard tools such as Wireshark and CGFs for test and evaluation.
• Analyze network and compute performance (latency, bandwidth, jitter, occupancy).
• Develop and maintain test plans and procedures; document test activities.
