Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Cyber Systems Engineer to support the CAF DMO 3.0 program in Hampton, VA, collaborating with DoD customers and Serco teams to deliver high-fidelity training interoperability.

You will lead test, integration, and evaluation of M&S systems, using tools like Wireshark and CGFs, and contribute to test plans, reports, and CONOPS development. The role expects DoD Secret clearance eligibility for TS/SCI/SAP/SAR, a STEM degree with 5+ years of engineering experience, and travel up to

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5 years in test/integration/SW development/embedded systems.
• Or an Associate’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting DoD customers in a technical capacity.

Responsibilities

• Support simulation system and application integration and interoperability testing for DMON and JSE training operations.
• Use industry-standard tools for test and evaluation including Wireshark and CGFs.
• Analyze network and system performance including latency, bandwidth, and jitter.
• Draft test plans, procedures, and comprehensive test reports.
• Develop CONOPS and COAs for deployment of capabilities and participate in lifecycle engineering activities.
