Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Cyber Systems Engineer for the CAF DMO 3.0 program in Hampton, VA. You will join a focused team to perform test, integration, and evaluation of disparate M&S systems to support 5th/6th gen training interoperability and DoD operations.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, using Wireshark and CGFs, analyzing network performance, and drafting detailed test reports. A DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI is required, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5 years of engineering experience or an Associate’s degree with 7 years of engineering experience.
• Experience supporting DoD customers and military training systems.
• Must obtain DoD 8140 IAT Level II or higher within six months.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support simulation system integration, evaluation, and interoperability testing.
• Use Wireshark and CGFs for test activities.
• Analyze network performance including latency, bandwidth, jitter, and system occupancy.
• Develop and maintain test plans and procedures.
• Draft comprehensive test reports.
• Develop CONOPS and COAs for deployment of simulated capabilities.
• Contribute to requirements reviews and training support.
• Write and maintain scripts to enable efficiencies in test artifact creation.
