Serco Inc. seeks a Cyber Systems Engineer for the CAF DMO 3.0 program in Hampton, VA. You will join a focused team of engineers performing test, integration, and evaluation of M&S systems to support 5th and 6th generation training interoperability.

You will work closely with the DoD customer and other Serco teams at Langley AFB and Orlando, FL to deliver quality test services. Role requires an active DoD Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.

Formación

• Active DoD Secret clearance or the ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR within a reasonable timeframe.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 5 years of engineering/test experience, or an Associate’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting DoD customers and personnel in a technical capacity.
• Familiarity with development, test, and evaluation of military training or operational systems.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II or higher (Security+, CySA+, CISSP) or equivalent.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Support simulation system and application integration, evaluation, and interoperability testing for DMON and JSE training operations.
• Use industry-standard tools for test and evaluation, including Wireshark and CGFs.
• Analyze network and compute performance (latency, bandwidth, jitter, occupancy).
• Draft test plans, procedures, and comprehensive test reports.
• Develop CONOPS and COAs for deployment of evaluated simulation capabilities.
• Assist in requirements reviews, training support, and basic system administration.
• Write and maintain scripts to facilitate test artifact creation and automation.
