Job summary

Serco seeks a Cyber Systems Engineer for the CAF DMO 3.0 program in Virginia. The role focuses on test, integration, and evaluation of simulation systems supporting DoD training environments. You will work with DoD customers, and Serco teams at Langley AFB and Orlando to deliver quality test services.

Requires active security clearance or eligibility for TS/SCI/SAP/SAR; a STEM degree with substantial engineering/testing experience; and ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Security clearance or the ability to obtain TS/SCI/SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 5 years of engineering/test/embedded experience or an Associate’s with 7 years of equivalent.
• Experience supporting DoD customers in a technical capacity.
• Familiarity with DoD training/operational systems and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support integration, evaluation, and interoperability testing for CAF DMO 3.0 and DMON.
• Use industry tools (Wireshark, CGFs) for test and evaluation of simulation systems.
• Analyze network performance metrics including latency, bandwidth, and occupancy.
• Develop test plans, procedures, and comprehensive test reports.
• Contribute to CONOPS, COAs, and lifecycle engineering activities.
• Collaborate using Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and X-Ray for project execution.
