Serco seeks a Cyber Systems Engineer for the CAF DMO 3.0 program in Hampton, VA. The role involves test, integration, and evaluation of M&S systems to support 5th/6th generation training interoperability with the DoD and DoD customers such as Langley AFB and Orlando, FL.

You will maintain/test procedures, develop CONOPS/COAs, and produce comprehensive test reports while collaborating with senior engineers and using Atlassian tools for project tracking.

Qualificações

• Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to maintain/transfer
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5 years engineering test/integration/SW/embedded experience or Associate’s with 7 years
• Experience with DoD customers or military training/operational systems
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II or higher (e.g., Security+, CySA+, CISSP) within six months

Responsabilidades

• Support simulation system integration, evaluation, and interoperability testing for DMON/JSE operations
• Use Wireshark and CGFs for test and evaluation
• Analyze network performance metrics like latency, bandwidth, jitter
• Develop and maintain test plans and procedures
• Draft comprehensive test reports from integration/verification tasks
• Assist in CONOPS and COA development for deployment of simulations
• Contribute to requirements reviews, training support, and basic admin tasks
• Create concise test procedures and automated scripts to improve efficiency
• Support Atlassian toolchain (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, X-Ray)
• Participate in peer reviews, test bed maintenance, and debugging
• Write scripts/programs in PowerShell, Cygwin, VBScript to automate artifacts
• Identify production/non-production issues and implement solutions
