Fortress Information Security is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our team and bridge default product configurations to tailored solutions for government, utilities, and other mission-critical customers. Location: Orlando HQ with remote work options; Full-Time role.

You will collaborate with sales, product, and customer success to understand client requirements, deploy cybersecurity risk management and asset attack surface management solutions, and provide presales support, demonstrations,

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a Solution Engineer role within cybersecurity industry.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills, able to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to understand client needs and provide effective technical solutions.
• Knowledge and experience with security protocols, technologies, and standards.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to design, implement, and guide effective prompting strategies of AI-enabled processes to improve performance, efficiency, and decision‑making across teams or functions
• Strong cybersecurity domain knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with sales, product, and customer success teams to understand client requirements and tailor solutions that meet their specific needs
• Designing and deploying solutions for cyber security risk management and cybersecurity asset attack surface management ecosystems
• Providing support during presales activities such as configuring sandbox environments and solution refinement
• Keeping abreast of new cybersecurity trends, technologies and threats and updating solutions accordingly
• Delivering technical presentations, training sessions, and demonstrations to clients and internal teams
• Participating in the testing and validation of new products and solutions
• Other duties as assigned
