Qualifications

Five+ years of professional experience in IT solutions.
Experience within cybersecurity industry preferred.
Understanding of system security best practices.
Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques.
Knowledge of the sales cycle.
Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Manage post-sales cycle to provide technical support during audit reviews.
Serve as a technical expert for proposed solutions including time and scope.
Assist engineers in creating demonstrations of proposed solutions.
Analyze current technologies to identify gaps in processes.
Document and monitor requirements for proposed updates related to customer experience.
Collaborate with sales teams to monitor progress and implementations.
Account for potential project challenges and proactively manage them.
Create and deploy product training webinars.
Attend conferences and trade shows as a brand ambassador and presenter.
Work in Orlando-based in-office role.
