Responsibilities include post-sales support, creating detailed specifications, and leading product training webinars while collaborating with sales to drive successful implementations and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in IT solutions.
• Experience within cybersecurity industry, preferred.
• Understanding of best practices regarding system security measures.
• Advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes.
• Understanding of sales cycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sales cycle to provide technical support to clients through audit reviews.
• Serve as a technical expert in detailing specifications for proposed solutions including time and scope.
• Assist other engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and presenting them to team members.
• Analyze current technologies to identify and mitigate gaps within processes and cycles.
• Collaborate with sales teams to monitor progress and implementation of initiatives.
• Account for possible project challenges and proactively manage them.
• Create and deploy product training webinars.
• Attend conferences and trade shows as a brand ambassador and presenter.
