Deloitte’s Cyber Strategy & Transformation team seeks a Manager - ServiceNow to lead end-to-end ServiceNow programs across multiple workstreams, from mobilization through go-live and transition. You will drive governance, backlog, sprint, and release planning, while managing stakeholders, budgets, and cross-functional teams, onshore and offshore.

You will mentor others, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client relationships in a fast-paced consulting environment, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration
• 6+ years managing ServiceNow programs or projects in a client-facing role
• 5+ years leading multi-workstream ServiceNow deliveries using Agile or hybrid methodologies
• 5+ years of experience architecting ServiceNow security and risk modules: ITOM, ITAM, IRM, SecOps or TPRM
• 3+ years managing program financials, executive reporting, stakeholder management, and change control
• 3+ years managing distributed delivery teams, including onshore/offshore
• Ability to travel 50% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multi-workstream ServiceNow programs from mobilization through go-live and transition
• Establish delivery governance and operating rhythms; drive backlog, sprint, and release planning
• Manage stakeholder engagement and executive communications; enable decisions and reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors across onshore/offshore models
• Oversee pre-sales through delivery handoff activities including scoping and staffing plans
• Mentor and provide clear guidance to others
