Job summary

Resilience in San Francisco is seeking an Underwriting Assistant on our Operations team. You will own the administrative velocity and transactional accuracy that enables our underwriting team to evaluate cyber and tech E&O applications at scale.

In six months you will manage file completeness, respond to brokers and clients, prepare policies and endorsements, ensure lifecycle compliance, and collaborate across Claims, Security Sales, and PAS teams to scale the platform.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills with relentless attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Genuine passion for cybersecurity and technology.
• Prior customer service or administrative experience in a growth environment.
• Familiarity with productivity tools (G-Suite, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Process and review incoming insurance applications with accuracy.
• Maintain front-line communication with brokers, clients, and internal teams.
• Prepare and issue policies and endorsements; ensure file compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Claims, Security Sales, Security Engagement, and PAS teams.
• Drive operational projects to scale the platform.
