Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Junior Underwriter to join our growing cyber risk management team. This remote role is based in the Dallas, TX area, with a unique step-up opportunity to work closely with a VP Underwriter and security teams to blend security telemetry with underwriting principles.

In the first six months, you will manage renewal accounts, strengthen broker relationships, and contribute to broader territory growth while learning to balance risk and pricing decisions with client engagement

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of underwriting or broking experience in cyber and/or professional liability.
• Solid knowledge of cyber insurance markets and coverage forms; excellent written and verbal communication; capable of managing a renewals book independently while knowing when to elevate complex risks.
• Remote role but based in or willing to relocate to the Dallas, TX area.
• Professional liability experience (E&O, Tech E&O, Media, EPL), and/or Cyber experience.
• Broker network or strong foundational understanding of cybersecurity and risk concepts preferred but not required.
• Technical fluency in G-Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive retention and rate adequacy across renewal book of Cyber and Tech E&O accounts.
• Grow key broker relationships and act as a professional partner.
• Incorporate security and technology signals into risk evaluation and pricing decisions.
