Job summary

Resilience is seeking a Junior Underwriter to join our Dallas, TX area team in a remote capacity. You will take ownership of renewing Cyber and Tech E&O books, working closely with a VP Underwriter and in-house security teams to blend security telemetry with underwriting principles for client value.

You will build broker relationships, learn to pricing decisions with security signals, and contribute to our territorial growth while advancing your underwriting judgment in a fast-paced, innovative

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven underwriting or broking experience in cyber and/or professional liability.
• Solid working knowledge of cyber insurance markets and coverage forms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a book independently while knowing when to upscale complex risks.

Responsibilities

• Drive strong retention and rate adequacy across renewal book of Cyber and Tech E&O accounts.
• Own and grow broker relationships as a professional partner.
• Incorporate security and technology signals into risk evaluation and pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with security and technology teams to shape client engagement strategies.
• Take on new business submissions within assigned authority.
• Contribute to broader territory growth goals.
