Job summary

EY is seeking a Cyber & Investigative Services Junior Incident Coordinator to coordinate security incident responses, manage incident handling end-to-end, and support the incident lifecycle with strong communication and teamwork.

Based in EY Technology, you will participate in a hybrid work model, contribute to process improvements, and work with SIEM tools and forensic techniques to safeguard client and EY data across a global, diverse organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in at least two SOC/security roles.
• Deep understanding of security threats and incident response.
• Experience with SIEM technologies (e.g., Splunk) and forensic methods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate response efforts to cyber incidents, including after-hours.
• Interface with business partners and other security teams.
• Drive integration with other incident management programs.
• Lead small to medium projects as directed by leadership.
• Develop and document processes for scalable response operations.
• Deliver metrics to leadership and prepare incident reports.
• Maintain internal playbooks and knowledgebase.
• Be on-call during rotations.
