Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate response efforts to cyber incidents, including after-hours support.
• Act as liaison across businesses and security teams for incident coordination.
• Drive alignment with other incident management programs and teams.
• Lead small to mid-size projects as directed by leadership.
• Develop and document scalable incident response processes and playbooks.
• Create metrics and deliver timely leadership reports during events.
• Maintain internal knowledge bases and playbooks for the team.
