Job summary

EY seeks a Cyber & Investigative Services Junior Incident Coordinator to coordinate security incident response and support cyber defense efforts. You will work with multiple teams, manage after-hours incidents, and help improve processes and metrics for leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in at least two security roles such as SOC member, IR analyst, or forensic support.
• Deep understanding of security threats, incident response, and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with SIEM technologies (e.g., Splunk).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate response efforts to cyber incidents, including after-hours events.
• Serve as liaison across teams and with partners, vendors, and management.
• Drive integration with incident management programs for consistency.
• Lead small to mid-size projects as directed by leadership.
• Develop and document repeatable incident response processes.
