EY Technology in the United States is seeking a Cyber & Investigative Services Junior Incident Coordinator to join our CIS team. You will coordinate security incident response and work with cross-functional teams to protect client and EY data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience in at least two SOC or incident response roles.
• Strong understanding of security threats, incident response processes, and forensics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate response efforts to cyber incidents across shifts.
• Liaise with business partners and security teams to ensure coordinated action.
• Lead small to mid-sized projects and document processes.
• Develop and deliver leadership metrics and draft communications.
• Maintain incident playbooks and on-call readiness.
• Support continuous improvement of incident response plans.
