Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate response to cyber incidents including outside-hours events.
• Interface with business units, security teams, vendors, and partners.
• Align with peer incident programs to ensure consistency across IT.
• Lead small to mid-size projects as directed by leadership.
• Develop and document incident response processes for scalability and continuous improvement.
• Create and deliver metrics to leadership during and after incidents.
• Prepare draft communications and timely leadership updates.
