Job summary

EY Technology in Dallas is seeking a Cyber & Investigative Services Junior Incident Coordinator to join a global security team. You will coordinate incident response for cybersecurity events, apply incident management techniques, and collaborate with multiple IT and business partners in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 5+ years in SOC/IR roles, a degree in CS/IS/Engineering, and hands-on skills with forensic tools and Splunk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in two or more security roles such as SOC or incident response.
• Deep understanding of threats, incident handling and forensic methodologies.
• Experience with SIEMs and security investigations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cyber incident response and manage ongoing investigations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners during events.
• Develop and implement scalable incident playbooks and communications.
• Produce leadership-ready metrics and reports during/after incidents.
• Be on-call for after-hours rotations as required.
