Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in SOC, incident response, or related roles.
• Experience with incident response, chain of custody and forensics.
• Familiar with SIEM tools (Splunk) and Windows/Unix/Linux systems.
• Understanding of legalities in electronic discovery and regulatory needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate response efforts to cyber incidents including nontraditional hours.
• Liaise with businesses, teams, vendors, and external parties.
• Drive integration with corporate incident management programs.
• Lead small to medium projects as directed.
• Develop and document scalable incident response processes.
• Develop and deliver metrics to leadership.
• Create ready-to-go communications and timely reports.
• Own and manage incident response playbooks and knowledgebase.
• Be willing to be on-call off hours.
