Job summary

EY Technology seeks a Cyber & Investigative Services Junior Incident Coordinator to lead fast-paced incident response efforts and coordinate security activities across teams. The role requires strong communication, diplomacy, and hands-on cybersecurity skills including incident handling, forensics, and event analysis.

Qualified candidates will have a degree in CS/IS/Engineering and 5+ years in SOC or incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in two or more cyber/security roles.
• Knowledge of incident response and forensic processes.
• Familiarity with SIEM technologies (e.g., Splunk).
• Understanding of Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate response to cyber incidents across teams and time zones.
• Liaise with business partners and external parties as needed.
• Drive consistency with other incident management programs.
• Help lead small to mid-size projects as directed by leadership.
• Develop and maintain incident response playbooks and knowledge base.
