Riveron is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Cyber Security Advisory (CSA) practice. You will serve as a trusted advisor, partnering with Sales and Advisory teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and maximize value from our services.

You will act as the voice of the customer, guiding them through their compliance, privacy, and cybersecurity journeys. You will thrive in a dynamic, customer-centric environment, building strong relationships and contributing to retention,

Qualificações

• 4+ years in a client-facing role, ideally in customer success or related field.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and translate requirements into value.
• Strong analytical capabilities and operating discipline.
• Executive presence and polished presentation skills for multi-stakeholder meetings.
• Experience as a consultant, pre-sales, technical account management, or equivalent.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and asynchronously.

Responsabilidades

• Lead post-sale engagement, retention, and growth with Sales and Advisory teams.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and ensure customer success.
• Collect and articulate customer use cases, case studies, and testimonials.
• Develop business reviews and analytics reports for customers.
• Share customer feedback with internal stakeholders to shape offerings.
• Drive overall account health, renewals, and referral growth.
