Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
• Client service interns typically join during winter/spring or summer prior to graduation.
• Preference for fields of study: Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Finance and related.
• GPA expectations: overall and major GPA around 3.3.
• Ability to leverage AI to create efficiencies and innovate ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Support teams delivering customer-centric strategies to enhance client experiences.
• Participate in projects focused on improving customer engagement and loyalty.
• Assist design and implementation of customer experience strategies.
• Conduct customer journey analyses to identify opportunities for service improvements.
• Engage in business process improvement initiatives to optimize client interactions.
• Collaborate with team to manage customer data and feedback.
• Observe and learn from experienced consultants to develop personal skills.
• Apply active listening and communication in team discussions.
• Gather and analyze data to support customer relationship management efforts.
• Contribute to development of customer satisfaction surveys and analyses.
