Job summary

You will observe and contribute to CX improvements, participate in data gathering and journey analysis, and gain exposure to diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Support teams in delivering customer-centric strategies to enhance client experiences.
• Participate in projects focused on improving customer engagement and loyalty.
• Assist in the design and implementation of customer experience (CX) strategies.
• Conduct customer journey analysis to identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Engage in business process improvement initiatives to optimize client interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to manage customer data and feedback effectively.
• Observe and learn from experienced consultants to develop personal skills.
• Apply active listening and communication skills to contribute to team discussions.
• Gather and analyze data to support customer relationship management efforts.
• Contribute to the development of customer satisfaction surveys and analysis.
