PwC, in Seattle, seeks a Management Consulting - Sales, Service and Marketing Intern to help enhance customer experiences and loyalty through strategic initiatives. Qualifications

Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Preference for client service intern experience or roles with customer focus.
GPA around 3.3 preferred.

Responsibilities

Supporting teams in delivering customer-centric strategies to enhance client experiences.
Participating in projects focused on improving customer engagement and loyalty.
Assisting in the design and implementation of customer experience (CX) strategies.
Conducting customer journey analysis to identify opportunities for service improvement.
Engaging in business process improvement initiatives to optimize client interactions.
Collaborating with team members to manage customer data and feedback effectively.
Observing and learning from experienced consultants to develop personal skills.
Applying active listening and communication skills to contribute to team discussions.
Gathering and analyzing data to support customer relationship management efforts.
Contributing to the development of customer satisfaction surveys and analysis.
