PAYNTR Golf, based in Portland, Oregon, is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to support both direct-to-consumer and wholesale operations. This cross-functional role sits at the center of our customer, sales, and operations teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience across all touch points—from online customers to territory sales representatives and wholesale accounts.

You’ll work with product, sales, and e-commerce teams to communicate product value, assist with order fulfillment

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, logistics, hospitality, supply chain, or order fulfillment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build relationships with partners.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary point of contact for territory sales reps, internal leadership, and wholesale partners.
• Support customer inquiries and deliver a high-quality brand experience.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and e-commerce teams to communicate product value.
• Assist with order fulfillment and coordination across DTC and wholesale channels.
• Partner with operations and warehouse teams to maintain inventory accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
• Help identify and improve processes to support scalability and efficiency.
