TaylorMade Golf Company is seeking a Specialist Customer Service to deliver industry-leading support to our wholesale and e-commerce customers. You will handle inquiries across phone, email, and chat, input orders, and coordinate warranty and returns while leveraging Salesforce and CRM Dynamics to resolve issues.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong product knowledge, and a commitment to excellent service. Office-based hours and occasional extended hours are expected to support customer needs.

Formación

• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Active listening skills and customer service orientation mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Ability to work across teams and manage priorities to accomplish multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Input orders and initiate warranty/repairs or returns as needed.
• Use Salesforce to manage orders and resolve issues.
• Record and track customer interactions in CRM Dynamics.
• Pursue First Call Resolution for customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credits, shipping) to resolve problems.
• Upsell opportunities during inbound calls and maintain relationships.
• Participate in ongoing training programs.
